Anytrek is pleased to provide a 15-day money-back guarantee. We encourage you to install and test our trackers within 15 days of delivery to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at or call at +1 (844)872-6987 to obtain a Return Number. After receiving a Return Number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the address that provided by the customer service.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.



After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange.

Shipping and handling charges will be deducted from all refunds.

Please allow at least seven (7) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company, or be paid via check. We will notify you by phone or email when your return has been processed.

Please Note that a 15% restocking fee will be charged for if the returns are after 30 days.


Shipment Costs

If the problem is identified as attributable to Anytrek, return shipping costs will be covered by Anytrek.

In all other cases, the customer is responsible for covering shipping costs to return products to Anytrek.

Installation Costs

The customer is responsible for all installation, maintenance and service costs associated with the purchased equipment.

No installation, maintenance or service costs will be refunded by Anytrek if the product is returned.

Exchange /Replacement

If you believe you have received a damaged or defective product, or if the product ceases to function correctly after installation, please return it immediately for testing and exchange.

If a device is deemed to be defective, we will ship you a replacement free of charge. Anytrek is not responsible for any loss or damage to products incurred during shipment from your mailing address to Anytrek.

Faulty or defective units will be replaced free of charge within the manufacturer warranty period.


Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process

To report a detective device, please email customer service at or call at +1(844) 872-6987.

Once the issue is confirmed and approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from the customer service. After receiving a RMA Number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the address that provided by the customer service.


No Warranty Credits or Exchanges for:

Items out of the 2 years of warranty.

Lost items due to customer operation.

Returned items that failed due to an accident, purchaser’s abuse, neglect or failure to operate in accordance with instructions provided in the owner’s manual(s) supplied.

Returned items that failed due to incorrect voltage or improper wiring.

Any item damaged in shipment.

Any product failure caused by installing or operating product under conditions not in accordance with installation and operation guidelines or damaged by contact with tools or surroundings.

Returned items with cosmetic defects that do not interfere with product functionality.

Returned items that are incomplete or defaced.

Returned items with a different serial number from what was authorized for return.

Returned items that were special ordered or custom configured.

Freight damaged items. If your shipment arrives damaged, you must note the damage on the carrier's delivery record in accordance with the carrier's policy, save the merchandise in the original box and packing it arrived in, and arrange for a carrier inspection of damaged merchandise.


Return of non-operational device

The non-operational device should be returned within thirty (30) business days after receiving the replacement. If the non-operational device fails to be returned, a payment will be charged for the replacement device.
