The Thermotrack VT2002 with GPS tracking and real-time position/temperature data upload allows you to monitor the location and temperature of goods during transport, providing verifiable evidence of their condition during hot washing, loading, transportation, and unloading.

Thermotrack is powered by solar energy and durable lithium-ion backup batteries, requiring absolutely no wiring or customization for your tanker.

The device is designed to simply replace the existing thermometers on tank wagons. It is fully compliant with the new FDA Food Safety Modernization Act and eliminates the wasted time spent recording stop temperatures and calibrating analog reference thermometers.

Inside the housing, the thermometer integrates several advanced technologies: the latest 4G/LTE modem, a powerful GPS module, a high-precision digital temperature probe, and a fast microprocessor with 16MB flash memory. Thanks to durable batteries, solar panels, and advanced power management technology, Thermotrack continuously records and transmits data, providing real-time reports with uploads every 60 minutes.

The real-time battery level is displayed on the device’s LCD screen, and low-battery alerts are sent via SMS and the portal. The temperature range is –58°F to 257°F, making Thermotrack suitable for hot alkaline cleaning of food-grade tank wagons, for hot loads, and between load cycles.
