Returns & cancellations
Anytrek is pleased to provide a 15-day money-back guarantee. We encourage you to install and test our trackers within 15 days of delivery to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase.
Please inform us of any order discrepancy or damage within 72 hours of the delivery date. For all refunds, simply return the product in its original packaging including all accessories.
To qualify for a refund, devices must be fully functional, in intact physical condition, and returned in their original packaging. Approved refunds will be issued within 7 business days.
15-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days from the delivery date and receive a refund for the full cost of the hardware. Shipping and handling charges will be deducted from all refunds.
Any claim to Anytrek whatsoever shall be deemed waived unless presented in writing to Anytrek within 15 days of the occurrence that gave rise to said claim.
Return of Damaged or Non-Operational Units
If you believe you have received a damaged or defective product, or if the product ceases to function correctly after installation, please return it immediately for testing and exchange. If a device is deemed to be defective, we will ship you a replacement free of charge. Anytrek is not responsible for any loss or damage to products incurred during shipment from your mailing address to Anytrek.
All trackers come with a two-year parts and labor manufacturer’s warranty. Faulty or defective units will be replaced free of charge within this warranty period.
If the problem is identified as attributable to Anytrek, return shipping costs will be reimbursed by Anytrek. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for covering shipping costs to return products to Anytrek.
The customer is responsible for all installation, maintenance and service costs associated with the purchased equipment. No installation, maintenance or service costs will be refunded by Anytrek if the product is returned.
