Return & Cancellation Policy

Anytrek Corp is pleased to provide a 15-day money back guarantee. We encourage you to install and test our trackers within 15 days of receiving to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase.

Please inform us of any order discrepancy or damage within 72 hours of the delivery date. For all refunds, simply return the product in the original packaging complete with all accessories. Refunds will be issued within 7 business days.

Devices must be fully functional, in good physical condition and with the original packaging to qualify for a refund.

All trackers come with a two year parts and labour manufacturers warranty. Faulty or defective units will be replaced free of charge within these warranty periods.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days (from delivery date) and receive a refund for the full cost of the hardware, less the shipping costs to your location.

Claims

Any claim to Anytrek whatsoever shall be deemed waived, unless presented in writing to Anytrek within 15 days of the occurrence that gave rise to said claim.

Return of damaged or non-operational units

If you believe you have received a damaged or defective product, or if the product ceases to function correctly after installation, please return it immediately for exchange or testing. If a device is deemed to be defective, we will ship you a refurbished device free of charge. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to products in shipping from your location to Anytrek.

Shipment Cost

Customers are responsible for shipping costs of the products to Anytrek. If the problem is identified as attributable to Anytrek, return shipping costs will be paid for by Anytrek, otherwise the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Installation costs

The customer is responsible for installation/maintenance/service costs associated with the equipment. 
No installation/maintenance/service costs will be refunded if the product is returned.
