Did you know, this May 4-6, 2021, the Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance (CVSA) is holding its annual International Roadcheck?<\/p>\n

The Roadcheck covers the United States, Mexico, and Canada and focuses on reminding semi-trailer truck drivers about the importance of vehicle maintenance and safety. This year\u2019s Roadcheck will focus heavily on vehicle lighting and hours of service.<\/p>\n

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) reported that 12.24% of vehicle violations are related to lighting problems. Lighting is a crucial safety factor when it comes to operating semi-trailer trucks. If a car is unable to see a truck on the road, this poses a safety issue to both the car and truck driver.
