Si su env\u00edo llega da\u00f1ado, debe anotar los da\u00f1os en el registro de entrega del transportista de acuerdo con la pol\u00edtica del transportista, conservar la mercanc\u00eda en la caja y el embalaje original en que lleg\u00f3 y coordinar una inspecci\u00f3n de la mercanc\u00eda da\u00f1ada por parte del transportista.<\/p><p><strong>Devoluci\u00f3n de un dispositivo no funcional<\/strong><\/p><p>El dispositivo no funcional debe devolverse dentro de los treinta (30) d\u00edas h\u00e1biles posteriores a la recepci\u00f3n del dispositivo de reemplazo.
